Shipping policy

Please review the sections below for information regarding shipping, order processing, tracking, delivery, and pre-orders.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1 business day.
During special releases, drops, holiday periods, or high-volume events, processing may require 1–3 business days.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be modified or cancelled.


Multi-Warehouse Fulfillment

Products are designed in Italy.

Depending on product availability and logistics optimization, orders may be fulfilled from one of our warehouse locations, including:

  • United States

  • Italy

  • China

Orders may be shipped in multiple parcels if items are stocked in different warehouse locations.

Shipping origin does not affect product authenticity or quality.


Duties & Taxes

European Union

Duties and taxes are included (DDP).
Additional customs information may occasionally be required.

United Kingdom

Duties and taxes are included (DDP).

United States & Canada

Duties and taxes are included (DDP).
Carriers may request additional delivery information.

Other International Destinations

For all other countries, duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified at checkout.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or customs charges, the customer remains responsible for return shipping costs, carrier penalties, and administrative fees.

Pre-Order Items

Certain products may be offered as Pre-Order.

Pre-order items are not ready for immediate shipment at the time of purchase.

The estimated shipping window will be clearly displayed on the product page.

Pre-order timelines are approximate and may be affected by production schedules, customs processing, or carrier delays.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together or separately depending on warehouse availability.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates vary depending on destination and selected shipping method.

Standard delivery typically arrives within 7–12 business days depending on location.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout, typically arriving within 2–4 business days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Carrier delays, customs inspections, force majeure events, or logistical disruptions do not constitute breach of contract.


Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Failed Delivery & Returned Shipments

Common reasons for returned shipments include:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Carrier unable to deliver

  • Refusal at delivery

ATARUSH LLC is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect customer-provided address information.

If a shipment is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.


Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier, except where prohibited by mandatory consumer protection laws.


Special Shipping Requests

If you require specific shipping instructions, please contact us prior to placing your order.

While we will attempt to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee special handling once an order has entered processing.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 60 minutes of purchase.

After this window, orders may already be processing and cannot be cancelled.

Pre-order items cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.


Returns & Exchanges

For complete details regarding returns and refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

All returns must include valid tracking information and pass inspection upon receipt.

A 10% restocking fee applies unless the product is confirmed defective.

To exchange an item, place a new order and return the original item according to our Refund Policy.


Limited Warranty

ATARUSH LLC products are covered against manufacturing defects for their reasonable lifetime under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper washing or handling

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
