Refund policy

OVERVIEW

At ATARUSH LLC, we produce limited collections and operate globally.
Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through ATARUSH LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms set out below.


2. Return Eligibility

Returns may be requested within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible, items must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and undamaged

  • Be returned in their original condition

  • Include original packaging, tags, and all accessories

  • Show no signs of wear or alteration

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Pre-order items once production has commenced

  • Swimwear, underwear, bodysuits

  • Certain accessories

  • Orders paid fully or partially with store credit

  • Gift cards

Where applicable, any loss of value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods may be deducted from the refund.


3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, customers must contact:

Subject line: “Return Request – Order #XXXX”

The request must include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Item(s) to be returned

  • Reason for return

Return authorization instructions will be provided by email.
Only one return request per order is permitted.


4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

Customers must use a tracked shipping service.
The sender remains responsible for any loss, damage, or delay during transit.

For international returns:

  • Customs documentation must state: “Returned goods – Failed sale”

  • Any customs duties or penalties arising from incorrect declaration may be deducted from the refund

Shipments incurring unpaid customs fees may be refused.


5. Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a ten percent (10%) restocking fee.

This fee covers inspection, processing, repackaging, and non-refundable payment processing costs.


6. Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection, approved refunds will be processed within five (5) to twelve (12) business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless the customer elects store credit where available.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Processing times vary by payment provider and issuing bank.


7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within sixty (60) minutes of purchase.

After this period, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled.

Pre-order items cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.


8. Exchanges

To ensure availability, customers must place a new order for the desired item.

The original item must then be returned in accordance with this Refund Policy.


9. Defective or Incorrect Items

Customers must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery if an item is defective or incorrect.

Photographic evidence may be required before resolution is provided.


10. Disputes and Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact ATARUSH LLC prior to initiating any payment dispute.

Opening a chargeback before completing the return process may:

  • Suspend refund eligibility

  • Delay investigation

  • Result in refusal of future service

The Company reserves the right to submit transaction evidence including IP logs, device identifiers, delivery confirmation, and checkout acceptance records to dispute unjustified chargebacks.
